Sammy, after you finish working on a section press the push commit to server button. It will auto load them after.
The first line is the title. To add bullet points, write '-' and then the text.
To make another box, add "--||--" and another box will appear after you type in something under it.
Example:

Go from top to bottom, and go forwards in the commits.
